- Fill in the application form completely and send/bring it to BC Women's New Beginnings Maternity Clinic.
Please come to the clinic in person if you need us to print the application for you or you need help filling in the forms. There may be a wait if the clinic is busy.
If you are being considered for a space in the clinic you will be contacted to give us more information.
