Maternal Fetal Medicine

The Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Clinic is a service for those with complicated pregnancies
About

The Maternal-Fetal Medicine Team provides specialized clinical care for individuals experiencing a complicated or "high-risk" pregnancy.

Each member of our team is committed to answering your questions and ensuring that you are an active participant in planning your care.

Every effort will be made to coordinate any other tests and/or consultations with your MFM clinic appointments, however, there may be time when appointments have to be scheduled on different days.

Appointments

 Visiting The Clinic

Please bring your BC Care Card and Photo ID to your appointment.
We are a scent-free clinic - please do not use scented products such as cologne/perfume, lotions, hair products when you come to the clinic in order to protect those patients/staff who are sensitive to these.

First visits are scheduled for one hour and follow-up visits are scheduled for a half hour, Your actual time in the clinic will be affected by your other appointments (e.g. ultrasound) and the need to carefully review your information. You may want to bring along a book or magazine. A small cafe is located in the main lobby but you may prefer to bring your own snack, beverage, and or water bottle.
