The Complex Chronic Diseases Program provides care for patients who are living with the following complex chronic diseases:
- Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
- Fibromyalgia
- Symptoms attributed to Lyme Disease
- Other associated conditions with complex chronic disease
