Pre-registration is required to give birth at BC Women’s. A doctor/midwife needs to send a pre-registration form and the patient's prenatal records to BC Women’s. 

This information is reviewed by BC Women’s Pre-Registration Committee to determine if BC Women's can accept your patient's pre-registration. 

Only doctors/midwives who deliver babies at BC Women’s can pre-register patients.  

Pre-registration needs to be done as soon as possible after 12 weeks and before 32 weeks into your patient's pregnancy.
